齒形鏈

我廠生產(chǎn)的齒鏈帶采用特殊熱處理工藝，解決了現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)熱處理不過關(guān)的問題，鏈片采用鏈條專用鋼帶鍛壓而成，外硬內(nèi)軟，這樣的處理工藝，解決了處理硬度大了，斷片。處理硬度小了，不耐磨的問題，使用周期壽命大大延長(zhǎng)?，F(xiàn)已普遍配套于行列機(jī)，輸瓶機(jī)的生產(chǎn)廠家。我廠生產(chǎn)各種鏈條、鏈輪、口型帶，同時(shí)生產(chǎn)國(guó)際先進(jìn)的雙軸鏈條。

   本廠生產(chǎn)的齒形鏈帶（無聲鏈帶）根據(jù)客戶的不同需要，可選用ф195、ф235、20MnSi、40Mn、1Cr13、1Cr18等多種材質(zhì)，采用先進(jìn)的熱處理工藝，鏈板表面硬度：HRC50-55。

滲碳層深度：0.20-0.25mm。穿軸硬度：HRC60-65。芯部仍具有良好的韌性，這樣既保證了表面具有極高的耐磨性和強(qiáng)度，又保證了整體的柔韌性，2002年以來本廠在消化吸收進(jìn)口哈瓦鏈的基礎(chǔ)上，成功完成了自主加工制造，該鏈帶穿軸為兩根，利用雙軸以軸心轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的原理，解決了穿軸與鏈板內(nèi)孔劇烈磨損的不足，填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)的空白，同時(shí)也開拓了國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，本產(chǎn)品已遠(yuǎn)銷印尼、泰國(guó)等國(guó)家和地區(qū)。

常用規(guī)格：

節(jié)距12.7mm\25.4mm,寬100mm、125mm、150mm、175mm、200mm、300mm等，均可按客戶要求加工生產(chǎn)。

哈瓦鏈

 哈瓦鏈?zhǔn)且环N高精度齒形鏈，兼有皮帶的平穩(wěn)性和鏈條傳動(dòng)緊湊性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性與長(zhǎng)的使用壽命。其特點(diǎn)在于通過鉸鏈的銷軸和擺瓦間的滾動(dòng)作用減少磨擦和實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)距伸長(zhǎng)，其結(jié)果是傳遞功率能力的有效增長(zhǎng)和減少多邊形效應(yīng)的危害。 鏈板是經(jīng)過噴丸和預(yù)應(yīng)力處理，從而有較大的承載能力。具有三倍于無聲鏈的功率能力，具有較高的速度范圍，在滾子鏈工作能力急劇下降的高速區(qū)，哈瓦鏈的能力卻是不斷提高。所以哈瓦鏈在許多場(chǎng)合具有無可爭(zhēng)辯的，令人矚目的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。適用于所有應(yīng)用高速原動(dòng)機(jī)，例如柴油機(jī)和，氣輪機(jī)的功率傳動(dòng)等。

 We also can produce it from 304/316 as your special requirement and produce any type of  these products products as your demand.

 The width of silent chain can from 50mm to 500mm.

Special Recommendation:Two pin silent chain  can  provide better use effects and longer usage life than single pin . And with protection plate can offer more safety protection for the product.
